Now Hiring: Two Opportunities with Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority Environmental Planning and Regulations Department

Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority is currently accepting applications for two exciting employment opportunities within our Environmental Planning and Regulations Department:

🔗 Resources Information Technician (7-Month Contract)
This full-time contract role begins in May 2025 and offers hands-on experience supporting planning and regulations programs, including database and records management, GIS work, and responding to public inquiries. This position is ideal for graduates in planning, geography, or environmental studies looking to apply their knowledge in a fast-paced and meaningful environment.

🔗 Resources Information Assistant – Summer Student (16 Weeks)
This summer position is funded through Canada Summer Jobs and is open to individuals aged 15–30. The successful candidate will assist with data entry, file management, and GIS applications, while gaining valuable experience in environmental planning and regulations.

Both positions are based at SVCA’s Administrative Office in Formosa, Ontario.
