Reservation service information

Our reservation service allows you to book a specific campsite for stays up to three weeks. You can book your favourite, or try something new with the confidence of knowing your site is assured.
Please note that reservations are real-time and site specific. You will need a Visa or MasterCard credit card to complete a reservation. The system will charge your credit card before you receive your reservation confirmation.
We charge a non-refundable reservation fee per site. We will add this to your site-use fees. See full details in the Fees section below.
